含み損が発生した場合に逆ポジションを持つことで損失の拡大を食い止めて相場の逆転を待つ両建てを行って機会損失するより、損切りを行うこと。（結果は手数料、スプレッドの分、損切りの方がよほど損失が少なく別途の投資機会も持てる）
Never hedge. If you are long of one commodity and it starts to go down, do not sell another commodity short to hedge it. Get out at the market: take your loss and wait for another opportunity.
